AJ IT Solution Affiliate Program Terms

1. Eligibility and approval

Participation requires an approved AJ IT Solution affiliate account. Applications are reviewed manually. AJ IT Solution may approve, reject, suspend, or reactivate an affiliate based on program fit, compliance, fraud risk, or breach of these terms.

2. Referral attribution

Approved referral links use an AJ referral code. Valid codes are resolved into an expiring, server-signed attribution token. Attribution is revalidated at checkout. A later valid explicit referral link may replace an earlier still-valid attribution token stored in the same browser. Invalid or inactive referral links do not create new attribution.

The active program page states the current attribution window. Attribution alone does not guarantee a commission; the underlying purchase must satisfy the program and transaction-validation rules.

3. Eligible transactions and commission

The active program page states the commission percentage. The applicable commission rate and terms version are snapshotted when a valid referral is accepted for checkout. Commission is calculated only from a verified eligible transaction event and uses the eligible pre-tax revenue basis defined by the program implementation, after transaction discounts.

A browser callback, click, lead, abandoned checkout, failed payment, or unverified transaction does not create an earned commission.

4. Refunds, credits, chargebacks, and review

Full approved refunds, credits, or chargebacks may reverse the associated commission. Partial negative adjustments may place the commission into manual review. AJ IT Solution may hold a commission while transaction integrity, refund status, attribution, abuse signals, or compliance questions are reviewed.

5. Prohibited promotion

Affiliates must not use self-referrals, cookie stuffing, spam, fake or unauthorized discount claims, deceptive redirects, impersonation, false testimonials, misleading performance claims, unauthorized trademark bidding, malware, forced clicks, or any method designed to create attribution without genuine user intent.

Affiliates must follow applicable advertising, privacy, disclosure, and consumer-protection requirements and clearly disclose material referral or commission relationships where required.

6. Brand and content use

Program participation does not transfer ownership of AJ IT Solution names, logos, software, screenshots, templates, or other intellectual property. Affiliates may use only approved marketing materials or accurate factual descriptions and must not imply employment, ownership, or an exclusive relationship.

7. Payout readiness

The public program is not considered payout-ready until AJ IT Solution publishes the operational payout method, minimum threshold, cadence, holding period, and any required identity or tax documentation. No automatic payout is promised by these terms. Commission records may remain pending until the applicable operational requirements are satisfied.

8. Suspension and termination

A suspended affiliate cannot create new valid referral attribution. Stored referral attribution is revalidated at checkout, so later suspension can prevent a previously stored token from earning a new commission. AJ IT Solution may terminate participation for fraud, abuse, legal risk, or material breach.

9. Changes to the program

Future program changes must be published under a new terms version when they materially change commission, attribution, payout, eligibility, or prohibited-promotion rules. A checkout attribution is accepted only when its snapshotted terms version still matches the active published program configuration.
