Portions of this website function as interactive prototypes designed to demonstrate user interfaces:

• Contact Form: Contact submissions may be transmitted to the AJ IT Solution backend and stored for follow-up. A submission does not by itself guarantee acceptance, a response time, a delivery date, or a commercial contract.
• Account & Dashboard: When live Firebase Authentication is configured, account and dashboard features can operate as authenticated production services. Demonstration behavior may still be used in explicitly identified preview or test environments.
• Portfolio Case Studies: AJ IT Solution-owned products are identified as owned-product case studies with implementation-backed capability descriptions. Separate illustrative architecture concepts are explicitly labelled as sample projects and do not claim verified client outcomes.

Submissions through the Direct Order Portal (/order) represent formal commercial scoping requests. Placing a direct order initiates engineering review, requirement validation, and custom quote preparation.

Catalogue pricing estimates and turnaround days represent standard benchmarks. Formal development commencement, binding milestones, intellectual property rights transfer, and service level agreements (SLAs) are governed by mutually accepted quote confirmations and executed client service agreements.

Social Automation can create drafts, generate AI-assisted content, connect supported social accounts, schedule posts, and publish through third-party platform APIs when the required production integrations are enabled.

AI-generated text, images, and video may contain errors or visual differences. Users are responsible for reviewing factual claims, prices, offers, brand assets, product appearance, copyright, permissions, and platform-policy compliance before approving or publishing generated content.

Connected Facebook or Instagram accounts remain subject to Meta's own terms, permissions, review requirements, rate limits, feature availability, and enforcement. AJ IT Solution cannot guarantee that a third-party platform will accept or continue to support a requested publication.

Subscription plans and AI credit packages are only those configured by an authorized administrator. Submitting a manual payment reference creates a purchase request; it does not activate access or grant credits until the payment is reviewed and approved. Credits reserved for an AI operation are settled on successful completion or refunded according to the implemented failure rules.

Disconnecting a connected social account removes the encrypted access token held for that connection. Additional deletion instructions are available on the Data Deletion Instructions page.

Users agree not to misuse this website, disrupt its technical operation, attempt unauthorized access to infrastructure, or transmit malicious code.

All branding, text, code, and graphical layouts published on this website are the intellectual property of AJ IT Solution or used under appropriate open-source and commercial licenses. You may not reproduce or republish website content without prior written permission.

Client Finder Pro is a workspace tool for user-directed lead capture, CRM organization, research assistance, outreach drafting, and follow-up review. Users are responsible for ensuring that any prospect information they save or use was obtained and is used lawfully and consistently with applicable third-party platform terms, privacy requirements, and anti-spam rules.

Provider-backed discovery is enabled only where AJ IT Solution has configured an approved integration. When Google Maps Platform / Places features are enabled, use of those features and displayed Google Maps content is also subject to the Google Maps Platform Terms and applicable Google Maps / Google Earth additional terms, together with the Google Privacy Policy.

Google Places results are provided for user review and may include content licensed from third-party data providers. Users must not use Client Finder Pro to create an unauthorized replica of a third-party directory, perform uncontrolled scraping, or operate automated spam or unsolicited mass-messaging campaigns.

Quick Capture and its optional Website Check are user-triggered review tools, not background scraping services. Users must only capture or review pages they are permitted to access and must not use the extension to bypass authentication, platform restrictions, rate limits, robots/access controls, or other third-party protections. The local extension review queue does not constitute automatic CRM ingestion.

Public Google Sheets import is limited to Sheets the user intentionally makes public or publishes for link-based access. Client Finder does not use this feature to access private Google Drive/Sheets content, and users remain responsible for having the right to import and use the data contained in a supplied Sheet.

AI-generated research or outreach is assistive draft content, may contain errors or uncertain inferences, and must be reviewed by the user before use. Client Finder Pro does not represent inferred business needs as verified facts and does not automatically send AI-generated messages.

When the Gemini Free Tier integration is enabled, only minimized business-level context is sent to the provider; individual contact details and private/freeform CRM notes are excluded by the application. Gemini Free Tier usage remains subject to Google's applicable data-use terms, including Google's current disclosure that Free Tier content may be used to improve its products.

Free resources identified as available for download may be used for the internal personal or commercial business purposes stated on the relevant resource page. They may not be repackaged or resold as a standalone AJ IT Solution product unless separate written permission is granted.

Premium resource previews are not offers to accept payment unless the relevant page explicitly shows an active secure checkout. Planned pricing labels are informational only; when checkout is activated, the price, currency, applicable taxes, and payment details presented in the authorized checkout govern that transaction.

When digital-resource checkout is enabled, payment processing is handled through the configured third-party commerce provider. AJ IT Solution grants digital access only after the provider transaction is verified by the server. Browser-side success messages are not proof of payment. Approved full refunds, credits, or chargebacks may revoke access; partial adjustments may place access into manual review.

Paid-resource licensing, delivery scope, refund eligibility, and any product-specific restrictions must be published before that resource is offered for sale. If those terms are not published and the secure checkout is not active, no payment should be submitted for the previewed resource.

The affiliate program is available only when the public Affiliate page explicitly reports that applications are open and displays the current program terms. An application does not guarantee approval, and AJ IT Solution may reject, suspend, or reactivate a partner account following review.

Self-referrals, misleading promotion, spam, cookie stuffing, unauthorized trademark bidding, fake discounts, and other abusive attribution practices are not eligible for commission. Referral attribution is revalidated before an eligible checkout is created.

Commission records remain subject to transaction verification, refund and chargeback handling, the published attribution window, holding period, payout threshold, tax or identity documentation requirements, and the exact program terms in effect for the attributed transaction. No automatic payout is promised by this website.

The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. AJ IT Solution makes no express or implied warranties regarding uninterrupted access, instantaneous responsiveness, or absolute error-free operation of this web portal.
